UBRF Bandy in Ukraine

On November 5, 2016, the UBRF Congress was held in Dnipro. 8 delegates - UBRF President, executive secretary, representatives of the Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv regional organisations, Dnipro and Kyiv city organisations participated in Congress.

Serhiy Babenko was re-elected as UBRF President, executive and auditing committee was elected. Was decided to participate in the World Championship 2017 in Trollhattan (Sweden) and in the Y17 World Championship 2017 in Varkaus (Finland), national championship and cup will held in the 2016/17 season.

On June 4 the Ukrainian rink bandy championship was held in Dnipro. Three teams participated in the championship - BC Dnipro, "Zenit" Dnipro, "Shturm" Zhovti Vody.

Dnipro – Zenit 1:0
Dnipro – Shturm 4:1
Zenit – Shturm 4:1

BC Dnipro is the second time Ukrainian championship.

On March 5, the UBRF executive secretary and national team press officer Hennadii Babenko participated in the radiobroadcast "Sportmaidanchyk" of the "Promin" radiostation. The record is available on the National radiocompany of Ukraine website (Ukrainian language).

This winter the Severodonetsk city championship was held. Two teams participated in the competitions. The Veterany Sportu team is a winner of the championship. Report of the head referree.

Ukrainian team participated in the World Championship, that was held in Ulyanovsk.

Yesterday the Ukrainian Cup was held in Budy. Four teams participated in the tournament: Avangard Budy, Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, Dynamo Kharkiv, Kharkiv region team. Teams from Poltava and Sumy could not participated due to bad road conditions. Results of the matches are:
Avangard - Kharkiv region 14:3
Dnipro - Avangard 6:11
Dynamo - Dnipro 10:4
Kharkiv region - Dynamo 4:11
Dnipro - Kharkiv region 9:2
Avangard - Dynamo 5:5
The final match was held on February, 7, Avangard Budy played against Dynamo Kharkiv. Score is 4:8, Dynamo is a winner, and they kept the cup for themselves.
The best players of the tournament are: Ivan Ilchuk and Artem Iavdokymenko (Kharkiv region team), Anton Lozovoi and Ivan Shvedchenko (Dnipro), Vitalii Radchenko and Valerii Potravnyi (Avangard), Serhii Honcharenko, Oleksandr Nekipelov and Andrii Kalytka (Dynamo).
